Special needs parent and co-founder of Xceptional Opportunities.  Retired electrical engineer with over 30 years experience in the communications technology sector focusing on product development, engineering management and corporate leadership.   Currently spends time pursuing various retirement activities including working and advocating on the behalf of adults with intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) and autism to improve their quality of life. 

 Married and the parent of two adult children, one living with Fragile X Syndrome.
