Our mission is to identify and foster meaningful vocational and employment opportunities for adults with autism and other learning differences. We achieve this through small business initiatives that provide a supportive and integrated environment where all team members are valued and respected. We aim for our businesses to be self-sustaining where every member of our team contributes to and is accountable for its success.

Vending
Xceptional Snacks is a local provider of high-quality vending services in and around Montgomery County, Maryland. Our goal is to not only provide an exceptional vending service experience to our clients and partners but to provide an exceptional place to work for our team of service professionals, many of whom have autism or other learning challenges.
Care Farming
Care Farming is defined as the therapeutic use of farming practices for marginalized or underserved groups of people such as individuals with I/DD or Autism. Care Farming includes a wide variety of farm-related activities such as vegetable farms, fruit/orchards, animal husbandry, etc.
